Bartlett Stops Los Angeles
Saturday, September 13th , 1975
Bill Bartlett handcuffed the Los Angeles Stars at Bigsby Stadium, coming away with a 8-hit, complete game shutout.

"I had everything working for me out there," the Chicago Cougars right-hander said later. "I used every one of my pitches, hit both sides of the plate really well and felt like I could do whatever I wanted."

With his stuff working, Bartlett had little trouble with the Stars and led the Cougars to victory, 5-0. He recorded 3 strikeouts and 1 walk in an impressive performance.

To date this year, Bartlett has compiled a 12-5 mark with a 2.10 ERA in 20 starts.
