 | FA Batter of the Month Honors to Strader Monday, September 1st , 1975 Even though he is a newcomer to Federally Aligned Baseball Leagues, Lou Strader put up some good numbers in August and earned the FA Batter of the Month award. He was one of Detroit's offensive leaders with a .367 average in 30 games. He also racked up 6 home runs, 15 RBIs, and 17 runs scored. So far this season, Strader has recorded a .330 batting average with 121 hits, 18 home runs, 56 RBIs, 67 runs scored and a .416 OBP. |   |
