 | FA's #1 Player Named Monday, August 25th , 1975 It was an extraordinary week for Gus Richards of the Atlanta Copperheads. First he goes on a hot hitting streak, batting .480, then he is voted the Player of the Week in the Federal Association. Last week Richards went 12-for-25, racked up 2 home runs and 6 RBIs and scored 4 runs. It was a heck of a week for the Atlanta left fielder. Currently Richards is batting .329 with 9 home runs, 44 RBIs and 61 runs scored. |   |
