 | Season May Be Over for Wranglers Prather Tuesday, July 29th , 1975 Steve Prather has to call it a season. The Dallas Wranglers right fielder sustained a season-ending injury against the Seattle Kings and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Prather was injured while running the bases. His doctors diagnosed it as a sprained ankle and stated that he would not be able to play for 3 months. So far this season, Prather has recorded a .317 batting average with 99 hits, 9 home runs, 42 RBIs, 52 runs scored and a .377 OBP. |   |
