 | Federal Association Picks Top Performer Monday, June 23rd , 1975 When it came to hitting the baseball, Jack Blair had few peers in the Federal Association this past week. The talented right fielder for Atlanta tagged opposing pitchers for a .536 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award.
