 | Week's Top Performer Honored by FA Monday, June 16th , 1975 When it came to hitting the baseball, Buddy Ensey was in a class by himself in the Federal Association this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding right fielder for Detroit tagged opposing pitchers for a .500 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 14 hits in 28 at-bats, 3 homers, 6 runs scored and 9 RBIs.
