Minutemen Lose to Millers, 5-3 | The Minneapolis Millers picked up a win at Hennepin County Stadium, downing the Boston Minutemen, 5-3. On the mound for Minneapolis was right-hander Bill Smith, who played a pivotal role in the win. The Millers raised their record to 33-55.
