| Millers Bridle Dynamos, 2-1 | Minneapolis turned a good performance from starting pitcher Hub Huffman into a 2-1 triumph over the Detroit Dynamos at Thompson Field. Minneapolis reliever Ben Baird snagged the win, upping his record to 2-2. Beau McClellan shouldered the loss. The loss makes Detroit 13-22.
Monte Rollins had a direct impact on the outcome. Rollins contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the ninth inning to put Minneapolis up, 2-1.
"I felt good. I felt like I was locating the ball well and I was able to keep them off-balance," said Huffman.
