Wranglers Earn Late 4-3 Win
In a close game at Norris Stadium, the Dallas Wranglers edged the Seattle Kings, 4-3, in 10 innings. Dallas right fielder Steve Prather stood apart with his performance. He went 4 for 5 with 2 home runs and 2 singles, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. Dallas reliever Frank Skiles picked up the win, upping his record to 1-1. John Bennet was saddled with the loss. Today's win puts Dallas at 93-66, while Seattle falls to 95-64.

With the game tied in the bottom of the tenth, Prather delivered for Dallas. That's when he hit a run-scoring single off John Bennet to win the game.

"Games like this is what baseball's all about," said Wranglers manager George Waller.
