Arrows Snag 6-4 Win
The Milwaukee Arrows bested the New York Imperials by a score of 6-4, in 13 innings. Earl Johnson deserved much of the credit. On the day, Johnson was 2 for 3 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the Arrows. The winner was Milwaukee reliever Bud Andrews, now 8-1. The loser was Danny Johnston. Milwaukee is now 83-69, while New York is 75-76.

In the top of the 13th, Johnson hit a tie-breaking 2-run home run to help the Arrows capture the win.

"Winning is the only objective," said Johnson after the game.
