| Milwaukee Downs New York, 7-2 | Good production from third baseman Jay Dynes helped the Milwaukee Arrows topple the New York Imperials, 7-2. Dynes went 1 for 3 with a home run, a walk, and was hit by a pitch. He drove in 4 runs and scored once for the Arrows. Joe Wright got the win, improving to 14-10. He worked 6.1 innings, giving up 2 runs on 7 hits, while striking out 5 and walking 1. With the victory, the Arrows record stands at 82-69.
With Milwaukee leading 3-2 in the top of the ninth, Dynes hit a grand slam home run off New York hurler Howie Weston. It was the 8th home run of the season for Dynes and put his team ahead, 7-2.
