Cleveland 14-7 Losers to Arrows
Milwaukee catcher Moose Patrick was instrumental in helping the Arrows triumph, 14-7, over the Cleveland Foresters. Patrick went 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 3. Picking up the win was Tex Cavanaugh. He went 7 innings, allowing 5 runs on 4 hits. The right--hander struck out 4 and walked 3. The Arrows have a one-game lead in the Continental Association East.

With Milwaukee leading 3-0 in the bottom of the fourth, Patrick hit a slider from Dick Couture for a 3-run home run. It was his 7th home run of the season and put the Arrows ahead, 6-0.

"I was just going up there trying to see good pitches, that was about it," said Patrick.
