Los Angeles reliever Ron Clark picked up the win to move to 6-4. Eddie Davis suffered the loss. The Federal Association West-leading Suns are 87-60.
The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With no one out, Lally hit a fastball from Eddie Davis for a run-scoring double. The Suns, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.
