| Robbins Goes Deep Twice in 7-3 Eagles Win | The Washington Eagles defeated the Boston Minutemen by the score of 7-3, with the biggest share of the credit going to third baseman Clyde Robbins. Robbins went 2 for 3 with 2 home runs and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice for the Eagles on the day. The winning pitcher was former first round draft pick Eddie Yandow.
