| Inge Fashions Shutout Against Minutemen | In a splendid 5-0 shutout performance, Harry Inge of the Atlanta Copperheads subdued the Boston Minutemen on a 2-hitter.
"He kept hitting his spots and putting up zeroes, so I kept sending him out there," Atlanta manager Don Fox said in postgame comments.
Inge registered 10 strikeouts and 1 walk.
To date Inge is 17-4 in 29 starts with a 2.53 ERA and has 136 strikeouts in 188.1 innings. | |
