Foresters Topple Wranglers, 5-4, as Carr Shines
Baseball fans saw a good contest between the Cleveland Foresters and Dallas Wranglers.

Tom Carr was a major contributor to the 5-4 Cleveland win over Dallas. The Foresters left fielder went 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 3 times and driving in 2. Cleveland pitcher Lynn Horn got the win, upping his record to 2-2. Butch Abrams got the loss.

Carr had a game-changing home run in the top of the eighth. On a 1-2 sinker from Butch Abrams, he banged a 2-run home run to left, giving the Foresters a 5-4 lead. It was the 4th home run of the year for Carr.

"Our goal is to improve each and every day," Carr told the Cleveland News.

Dallas's current losing streak is now 5 games.
