| Stars Win, 4-1, at Dallas | The Los Angeles Stars picked up a win at Norris Stadium, topping the Dallas Wranglers, 4-1. On the mound for Los Angeles was right-hander Floyd Warner. He played a principal role in the triumph. Paul Theis notched his 1st save in 1 chances. With the win, the Stars sit at 70-57.
Los Angeles used the hitting of Ed Howard to pick up the win. The first baseman clubbed a 3-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Stars on top, 4-1. For the game, Howard had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
