| Savage goes 3-for-3 in Toronto Win | Boosted by the 3-hit performance of Ed Savage, who is rated as the 16th best prospect by BNN, the Toronto Wolves defeated the Cincinnati Cannons, 7-1. Toronto has now won 5 in a row.
It could have been a different outcome for Toronto, had it not been for Carl Clark, the 35-year old left fielder . Clark contributed a 2-run single in the top of the second inning to put Toronto up, 2-0.
"We'll grab a cold beverage tonight and go after another win tomorrow," Clark said.
