Cougars Improve to 75-66 with 5-4 Win
The Chicago Cougars topped the Los Angeles Stars, 5-4, the lion's share of the credit going to catcher Charlie Sanders. On the day, Sanders went 2-4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 times for the Cougars. Jim Norris earned the win for Chicago.
