Foresters Suffer 8-2 Home Loss
Cleveland Foresters starter Ike Johnson turned in a top-notch performance against the Dallas Wranglers at Norris Stadium. The result was a win for the Foresters, 8-2. The 7th-place Foresters lifted their record to 69-70.

John Low was 1 for 5 for Cleveland. The 1961 Whitney Award winner had a key at-bat in the top of the fifth. With one out and runners on 1st and 3rd, he broke a 2-2 tie with a run-scoring ground out off Frank Kitson. It was his 38th RBI of the season.

"We maximized our offense today," said Cleveland skipper Jim Whitehead. "That makes everyone's life easier."
