Montgomery Masters New York in Complete Game Win
In a low-scoring affair between the Montreal Saints and the New York Imperials, pitcher Jim Montgomery was the difference between victory and defeat. The Montreal right-hander earned accolades for his stellar performance in the 3-1 Saints win. The 8th-place Saints sport a record of 54-66.
