| Dallas Sent Home with 6-1 Loss | The Kansas City Mavericks beat the Dallas Wranglers, 6-1. Kansas City pitcher and Detroit, Michigan, native Fred Smith led the way. Smith got the win, improving to 8-9. He gave up 6 hits and walked 1 over 8 innings. He allowed no runs. The win puts the Mavericks at 55-82, while the Wranglers drop to 77-60.
