| Slumping Minutemen Lose 7th Straight | Harry Inge pitched a gem to lead Atlanta to victory over the Boston Minutemen, 1-0. With the win, Atlanta upped its record to 98-39.
The Copperheads got a clutch hit from shortstop John Newton. In the bottom of the ninth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Copperheads.
