Comets Take Down Dynamos, 6-5
Houston beat Detroit at Dalton Domed Stadium, escaping with a 6-5 win in 10 innings. The win in large part was due to center fielder Hank Andrew. He was 4-6 with 4 singles. He scored 2 times. The Comets are now 72-63, while the Dynamos fall to 49-87.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the tenth. With two out, Andrew hit a curveball from Bud Dixon for a run-scoring single. The Comets, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"There's losing your stroke and finding your stroke," said Andrew. "I guess I've found mine."
