| Seattle Upended, 6-4, by Toronto | The Toronto Wolves beat the Seattle Kings, 6-4, at Seattle Municipal Stadium. The win was due in part to shortstop Clyde Bradshaw, who was 2-4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs. Ray Eddy was the winning pitcher. Over 5 innings, he allowed 4 runs on 4 hits, with 4 walks and 1 strikeout. Dick Miller closed the game out for Toronto, earning his 5th save.
Toronto grabbed control in the top of the sixth. With one out and runners on 1st and 2nd, George Rigby delivered a run-scoring single, to make it 5-4, in favor of the Wolves.
Rigby called the triumph "a good team win."
The Wolves now have a record of 56-76.
