Wranglers Earn Late Win
Starting pitcher Sid Moulton gave the Dallas Wranglers a rock-solid performance, helping his team defeat the New York Imperials, 3-2, at Norris Stadium. Dallas has 3 straight wins, New York 3 straight losses.

The climactic moment came in the bottom of the ninth for Dallas. That's when 28-year old right fielder Dizzy Franz hit a bases-clearing double off Frankie Sawyer to win the game. The home crowd erupted in celebration.

"At the end of the day, it's always about your starting pitcher," said Dallas skipper Tom Aiello.
