Imperials Lose to Wolves in Walk-Off | The Toronto Wolves and New York Imperials obliged fans hoping for an exciting game.
The Toronto Wolves topped the New York Imperials, 5-4, in Continental Association action at Dominion Stadium. The standout performance belonged to Toronto pitcher and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, native Arnie Smith. The victory makes Toronto 4-4.
Toronto got a knockout punch from Charlie Harvey. The pinch hitter hammered a solo home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.
