| Dallas Defeated by Milwaukee, 7-6 | The Milwaukee Arrows beat the Dallas Wranglers, 7-6, at Lakefront Park. Paul Burkley, in particular, was impressive. He went 2 for 3 with a triple and 2 walks. He drove in 3 runs. Milwaukee reliever Bud Andrews picked up the win, upping his record to 3-0. Jack Meeks was saddled with the loss. Ben Ginsberg recorded his 3rd save for Milwaukee.
Milwaukee third baseman Jay Dynes helped the Arrows go up, 7-6, in the bottom of the seventh inning. With the game tied, Dynes hit a run-scoring single off Dallas pitcher Jack Meeks.
"It's going to click," said Dallas manager Vic Kramer. "It's just a matter of when."
The Arrows, now 18-9, have been red hot.
