Boston Gets 6-4 Road Win
Boston picked up a win at Fitzpatrick Park, bumping off the Pittsburgh Miners, 6-4. Pitcher Bob Hollister was a major reason the Minutemen emerged victorious. Steve Talley, credited with the save, is now 2 for 3 in save opportunities. Boston now owns a record of 31-39.

Boston used the clutch hitting of Joe Kleman to capture the win. The shortstop drilled a 2-run double in the top of the sixth inning to give the Minutemen the lead, 6-4. For the game, Kleman had 1 single and 1 double in 4 at-bats.

"I liked his command," said Boston manager Bill Freeman. "Bob was throwing strikes."
