| Dunham Stars in 9-2 Reliables Win | A 3-RBI performance from right fielder Hank Dunham, who finished 3rd in the EL in OPS with .953 last year, led the Hosho Reliables to a win over the Rakisuta Rams, 9-2. Naruto Noda got the win, improving to 3-1. He pitched 9 innings, giving up 5 hits and 2 runs, while striking out 2 and walking 1. The Reliables, now 15-8, have been red hot.
Early in the game, Dunham had a 2-run home run for Hosho. It was his 8th home run of the season and put the Reliables on top, 2-0.
Dunham told a Hosho Citizen reporter that he was "gratified" with the win.
