Wet weather did not postpone the Rakisuta-Sapporo ballgame.

A good performance from right fielder Seisuke Kamo helped the Rakisuta Rams defeat the Sapporo Bears, 19-6. Kamo went 3 for 4 with 2 doubles. He scored 4 runs and drove in 6 for the Rams. Shigeyoshi Taira, who finished 4th in the EL in saves with 15 in 1971, was the winner. He's now 2-0. The loser was Yamada Yamanaka.

Early in the game, Kamo had a bases-clearing double for Rakisuta. It was his 5th double of the season and put the Rams on top, 3-0.

"I had a good game," said Kamo. "Winning makes it even better."

The Bears drop to 6-7 and continue their inconsistent start to the 1975 season.
