Hosho Reliables starter Shihei Saito took the mound against the Rakisuta Rams at Nagoya Minami Stadium; and, when all was said and done, the right-hander led his team to an extra-inning, 4-3 win. Hosho has a mark of 6-1 after the win.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the 11th inning, when Hosho second baseman Rkuemon Endo, facing Gunji Matsuda, had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It gave the Reliables the 4-3 win.

"Exciting game to play in," said Saito. "Getting the win makes it even better."
