Chapin Powers Cannons Offense
The Cincinnati Cannons beat the Toronto Wolves by a score of 8-3. Cincinnati center fielder Bonnie Chapin deserved the lion's share of the credit. Chapin went 3-4 with a triple, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3 for the Cannons. Cincinnati raised its record to 79-74 with the win.

A key moment came with one out in the bottom of the third. That's when Chapin hit a curveball from Lee Loeffler for a 2-run single, putting Cincinnati up, 2-0.

"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said Chapin.
