Forester Stadium played host to some real drama.

The Cleveland Foresters eked out a 3-2 win versus the Los Angeles Stars at Forester Stadium. Nobody did more than pitcher Dick Couture. He was terrific. The Foresters improved their record to 62-59 with the win over Los Angeles.

Carlos Jaramillo was the walk-off hero for Cleveland. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Foresters third baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

Jaramillo attributed the win to "concerted effort and focus."
