The Wolves got a big at-bat from right fielder Babe Harris. For the game, Harris was 1 for 3 with a home run. In the bottom of the fifth, with the bases empty, he stroked a solo home run. His 1st home run of the season gave Toronto a 1-0 lead.

"Wins don't come easy," Harris told the Toronto Daily. "They don't just hand them out like lollipops."
