The Cleveland Foresters rode a solid performance from 36-year-old starting pitcher Jack Miller to a win, beating the Montreal Saints, 4-0, at Forester Stadium. Cleveland, at 52-30, is 2½ games up in the Continental Association.

Miller went 8 innings, allowing no runs on 4 hits. The Cleveland right-hander, now 1-1, has an ERA of 3.38 this season.

"I'm just trying to make sure I'm focused for each and every pitch," said Miller.
