Cleveland pitcher Bill Harris did his part in helping his team defeat the Chicago Cougars, 4-2. The opposition could never get too much going against the right-hander. The Foresters saw their win-loss record go to 53-65. At the same time, the Cougars fell to 50-70.

"I thought we played a nice game," Harris told the Cleveland Observer. "Good pitching, timely hitting, it was all there."
