Dallas Wranglers starter Jack Meeks turned in a top-notch performance against the Cleveland Foresters at Norris Stadium. The result was a win for the Wranglers, 5-0. Meeks, now 6-5, was the winner. In 7.2 innings, he gave up 7 hits, while striking out 3, walking 2, and allowing no runs. With the win, the Wranglers hiked their record to 60-56.

Enos LeClair went 2-4 with 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for Dallas. The three-time Diamond Defense Award winner had a key at-bat in the bottom of the fifth. With no one out and a runner on 2nd, he broke a 0-0 tie with a run-scoring single off Roy Rice. It was his 101st hit of the season.

"I didn't leave too many pitches out over the plate," said Meeks.
