Quinn Too Tough, Blanks Seattle
Herm Quinn was in a zone of his own most of the day, shutting out the Seattle Kings on 3 hits.

"He was too darn good for us today," grumbled Seattle manager Alex Watt after the 6-0 loss to the Cincinnati Cannons.

Quinn finished with 6 strikeouts and no walks in a strong outing.

In the postgame press conference, Cincinnati manager Charlie Britton said Quinn "had good velocity, good movement and had those guys off balance. He just pitched his butt off."

This year, Quinn has posted a 13-8 mark in 26 starts and has a 2.64 ERA.
