Los Angeles Wastes Great Game by Barrell | Ralph Barrell had a good game, but he could not keep the Los Angeles Stars from falling, 6-4, to the Dallas Wranglers at Norris Stadium. The Los Angeles first baseman went 3 for 3 with a home run, a double, and 2 walks, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once in the loss. The Wranglers raised their record to 28-45.
Harry Clay, the Dallas shortstop, contributed a run-scoring single in the bottom of the seventh inning to make the score 6-4, Wranglers. For the game, Clay went 1 for 4.
