| Keystones 5-3 Victors Over Clippers | Joe Landry impressed in the 5-3 Philadelphia win over Baltimore. Landry, who is tied for 4th in the FA in home runs with 19, was 2-4 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Jim Steuber earned his 18th save in 24 chances. The defeat makes Baltimore 59-52.
In the bottom of the third, Landry had a 3-run home run for Philadelphia. It was his 19th home run of the season and put the Keystones on top, 5-2.
Philadelphia manager Charlie Leist called it "a good, solid win."
