Red-Hot Copperheads Win Again
Atlanta registered a win at Peachtree Stadium by beating the Boston Minutemen, 9-5. Pitcher Howie Burt was one reason why the Copperheads triumphed. In 7 innings, Burt surrendered 6 hits, while striking out 5 and walking 2. He allowed 2 runs. With the victory, the Copperheads upped their record to 78-27.
