Cannons Win 10-9 Nail-Biter Versus Kings
The Cincinnati Cannons walked off with a big win.

The Cincinnati Cannons beat the Kansas City Kings, 10-9, in 12 innings. Cincinnati third baseman Milt Senecal, in particular, had a fine performance. He went 3 for 6 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for the Cannons.

The climactic moment came in the bottom of the 12th for Cincinnati. That's when 34-year old center fielder Larry Lewis hit a run-scoring double off Bill Kline to win the game. The home crowd erupted in celebration.

"Baseball is a wild game -- a crazy game, sometimes," said Lewis.
