| Late Rally Earns Washington 5-3 Win | Washington Eagles starter Bill Kelly pitched a strong game against the Philadelphia Keystones at Broad Street Park II, leading the Eagles to victory, 5-3. Washington is now 51-56, while Philadelphia is 53-54.
Kelly was in the zone all game. He frustrated Philadelphia hitters while giving the Eagles 9 innings of quality work. Kelly threw 133 pitches, allowing 5 hits and getting 6 punchouts.
