The New York Imperials picked up a win at Dyckman Stadium, knocking off the Cleveland Foresters, 4-1. On the mound for New York was right-hander Howie Weston. He played a key role in the triumph. Weston got the win, improving to 1-0. He gave up 5 hits and walked 2 over 7.2 innings. He allowed 1 run. Cleveland drops to 2-1.
