Cincinnati Sends Milwaukee Packing with 5-1 Loss
Cincinnati and Milwaukee put this game in the books despite some rain.

The Cincinnati Cannons wanted a good start from Max Reed -- and he delivered one. The result was a 5-1 Cincinnati win over the Milwaukee Arrows at Tice Memorial Stadium II. The Arrows, now 50-49, have lost 4 straight.

Cincinnati shortstop Bill Brown contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the third. With two down, he hit a slider to left-center field for a 2-run single. It was his 114th hit of the season and put the Cannons ahead, 3-0.

"I was able to fill up the zone," said Reed.
