| Arrows Notch 2-1 Win Versus Wolves | The Milwaukee Arrows racked up a win at Dominion Stadium, bumping off the Toronto Wolves, 2-1. Tex Cavanaugh, who started for Milwaukee, pitched effectively for his team. The 55-45 Arrows lead the Continental Association East by one game.
The Arrows benefited from a costly error in the top of the sixth. With Rich Moyer at bat and Milwaukee leading 1-0, the Toronto miscue allowed Milwaukee to plate 1 and take the lead, 2-0.
In postgame comments to the Milwaukee Herald, Cavanaugh said, "If the effort is there, the wins will come."
