New York Beats Boston in 14-Inning Thriller
The New York Gothams snuck past the Boston Minutemen, 6-5, in 14 innings. New York pitcher Curtis Robinson, in particular, had a standout performance. Reliever Jake Watkins picked up the win. His record improves to 4-3. Ed Phipps took the loss. New York now owns a record of 46-54.

The two teams entertained the Gotham Stadium crowd with some good baseball.

"We'll enjoy this win for now, but it's just one," Davis told local reporters. "We've got to keep it going."
