The Toronto Wolves beat the Los Angeles Stars, 7-5, at Bigsby Stadium. Toronto second baseman Phil Story had an outstanding performance. He went 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Manny Espinosa picked up the win with 6.2 innings of work. He allowed 4 runs on 10 hits, while walking 3 and striking out 1. On the season, he is now 5-10.
