| Dallas Absorbs 2-0 Loss to Milwaukee | The Milwaukee Arrows went home winners at Lakefront Park, thanks in large part to starter Joe Wright. Wright stifled the Dallas Wranglers, enabling Milwaukee to grab the 2-0 win. Milwaukee raised its record to 50-45 with the win.
With scoring opportunities rare, the Arrows had to cash in when they had the chance. One such opportunity presented itself in the bottom of the fourth, when right fielder Harry Dellinger hit a run-scoring single. The single came off Otey Stevens and made the score 1-0, Arrows. Dellinger went 1 for 3 with a walk.
"Joe did a good job keeping the game under control," said Milwaukee manager Randy Hendrix.
